Rooted in Fair Haven
Brian Rice is a fourth-generation Fair Haven resident, a licensed U.S. Merchant Marine Captain, and a member of the Red Bank Emergency Marine Response Team. For our team, giving back isn't something we do in addition to our work; it's part of who we are.
The Rice Wealth Foundation
VeteransFounded by our team, the Rice Wealth Foundation is dedicated to serving veterans and the local community. Its flagship event is the Twin Lights Cup — an annual fishing tournament that provides veterans with a meaningful day on the water at Bahr’s Landing in Highlands, NJ. The tournament brings together the local fishing community to honor those who served while raising awareness and funds for veteran causes.

YouthFounded by Brian in 2012, the Jersey Devil Kids Fishing Camp is affiliated with the State of New Jersey’s “Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs” program. The camp has positively impacted hundreds of children each summer along the Jersey Shore, teaching fishing skills, outdoor stewardship, and giving kids a meaningful alternative to screen time. Isa Murphy, the firm’s Client Service Manager, works closely with Brian to run the camp each year.

EnvironmentBrian serves as Chairman of the Navesink River Municipalities Committee, working to protect and preserve the waterways that define our community. The committee coordinates efforts across local municipalities to maintain water quality, manage environmental impact, and help the Navesink River remain a vital resource for future generations.

Brian is also the founder of Jersey Devil Sport Fishing and a member of the Red Bank Ice Boat & Yacht Club. Our team regularly participates in local events, supports charitable organizations in Monmouth County, and shares financial literacy resources to strengthen the communities we serve.
